Sue A. Barnett, AMS

Sue began her career in real estate in 1978 as a sales representative for a prominent Carlsbad, California firm. In just a few years she was promoted to head the property management division. Within a year she found that property management suited her desires to offer services to a retained client base. Under her direction the management division more than doubled with a varied portfolio of different types of properties. Included in the newly developed portfolio were several community associations. Sue came to recognize the HOA management offered a clear path to business development. She made a decision to open her own, one woman office offering services to local communities and selected income properties. Armed with her recently attained broker’s license, she never looked back. Due almost exclusively to referrals the community association portfolio grew at a rapid pace. With the HOA management industry in its infancy and north San Diego County ready to explode with new development, Sue sold her real estate division to concentrate on common interest properties.
Over the years Sue has expanded her portfolio to a manageable collection of quality communities, added a dedicated staff and built a reputation as a top professional in the industry.
To accommodate the demands of the industry and to better serve all clients
PCS moved from their long standing location in the Carlsbad Village to new and
more spacious offices in the Carlsbad Gateway Office and Industrial Complex near
the Palomar Airport. The new address is 5661-A Palmer Way, Carlsbad, CA 92010
Kristen Barnett
Community Manager

Kristen will be receiving her degree in business management from CSU San
Marcos in 2008. She has completed the required courses for her AMS (Association
Management Specialist) certification. Kristen provides direct support to several
communities, as well as administrative support for all Account Executives and
their portfolio clients. Additionally, Kristen processes all escrow and refinance
transactions and insurance oversight. Kristen is currently scheduled to begin working
towards her AMS certification and will be increasing her account portfolio.
Shawna Salas

Shawna joined PCS in May of 2007. She brings to PCS the value of several years
of real estate customer service from the escrow industry. Her strong desire to
learn the community management business has proven to be a valuable PCS asset,
as well as being respected by her portfolio clients as an ever-reliable team
member. Additionally, she has been retained because she has a strong
desire to attain the knowledge and experience necessary to service our clients
and grow with PCS. Shawna’s team play attitude proves her to be an
exceptional asset to PCS.
Reina White
Customer Service Specialist

Reina has an excellent customer service attitude. She has been trained in
retail and resort client services. A former food service employee at The La Costa
Resort and Spa she had plenty of opportunity to assist visitors, clients and
customers enjoy a world class vacation experience. She is excited to have the
chance to learn a new business where those service qualities are best employed.
Reina agrees solving problems and helping owners are a major component to the
community management industry. We’re very happy to have her with us.
